We are all made of water and earth.

Love for the earth and all living beings is like love for ourselves.

Every-time we act out of love for the universe within or without, we get a bit closer to source, and every-time we do otherwise our soul suffers and so does our physical and emotional body.

The solution is to reconnect. Reconnect with ourselves, with nature and with other human beings. 

Piece by piece we come together, and piece by piece we remake this world.
